If at any time, a rate or fee for a financial institution on a Datatrac report or contained in Licensed Materials does not match data that is reported on said financial institution's website, Datatrac will provide a credit equal to one week for the report or Licensed Materials that contained the inconsistency. Credits will be added to the end of a Licensee's current year's subscription.
All inconsistencies occurring on any given day shall be submitted in a single Accuracy Claim using the form below. Only one Accuracy Claim allowed per incident.
